1201 McQueen

This huge hay barn was built originally near the town of Mill Point, NY circa 1870. It has very large sawn hemlock timbers and an interesting truss design in the middle three bents. The footprint of this barn is 4,000 sq ft. It has very tall side walls and could easily have a multi level loft system to make for an interesting finish out with 6,000-7,000 sq ft of living space while still preserving the open feel of the interior.
