Heritage Restorations - Timber Frame Barns

 Greenwich Barn Project
This large barn is constructed with both sawn and hand hewn timbers. It was built originally in New York state circa 1860.
Heritage Restorations reerected the barn on a full basement foundation at a residential estate in Greenwich, CT. The restoration includes a complete heavy timbered sill system.
The restored barn, including a large second story loft, will have over 2800 square feet of living space. The finished project will be a guest house and garage for the main residence.
Currently under construction, the barn has antique wood siding, a glass conservatory on one side, and a standing seam leaded copper roof.
