This English frame hemlock barn was originally built in New York state circa 1840.
The Meyer barn before restoration.
It has been restored into a beautiful three-level, creek-side home outside Waco, Texas. The finished home has over 2200 square feet of living space.
The home has custom millwork, such as the hand-crafted plank-style doors, 1x10 pine flooring, antique ceiling and wall boards, hand wrought iron railing, and antique pressed tin ceiling panels.
The barn frame was completely wrapped with Structural Insulated Panels (SIP’s). This completes, in one step, exterior framing, sheathing, insulating, and even interior drywall installation. Click Here for more
information about SIP’s.
