Notes: This gambrel-roofed barn has lots of room inside as you can see in the photos.

Most gambrel-roofed barns are of late date, however this one is earlier as it has hand-hewn beams of large dimensions.

Please note: The barn originally stood on an 8' perimeter foundation wall, so the exterior pictures make it appear much taller than it is. Refer to the sketches for an accurate scale drawing of the outside wall height.
