Home / Showcase / Corsicana Dogtrot Cabin

This original hand hewn Texas log cabin was built by the owners’ great-great grandfather circa 1854.

Because of the historical and sentimental value of the cabin, the owner contracted Heritage Restorations to dismantle, move, and rebuild the cabin at another location. The completed cabin is used for family gatherings and as a weekend retreat.

This Dogtrot Cabin is featured on the Wall Street Journal.
