Kipp Barn

This barn is an original early Dutch barn, now restored as a lake side barn-style rustic game room and guest quarters in central Texas.  The large operable front barn doors have vintage designed hand forged iron strap hinges, and can be opened to join the interior living space and exterior porches. In the loft living area, reclaimed red crackle barn siding is used for the ceiling.  A very well done faux finish on the walls gives the feeling of an aged plastered stone wall.
